York City Futsal has today confirmed the signing of Vesko Konov for the 2017/18 Super League season.
The Italian, who also has Bulgarian citizenship, scored an impressive 16 goals last season for Italian Serie B outfit, Virtus Fondi, after coming through the youth ranks at a top Italian side, Cogianco Genzano!
Head Coach, Junior Roberti, was pleased with the signing: Vesko has a lot of quality and has shown he can score goals at a very high level. I'm looking forward to him bringing his energy to help the team in the Super League next year!
